Match Report V's Northern Star

       A very sub-standard performance by the Commercial led to their second pre-season defeat against strong opponents. Some Commercial players seemed more bothered about themselves and their own personal preferences than the team as a whole and this effected the whole team and led to a poor performance.

       Matty Simon did get on the score sheet, rounding the goalkeeper well after Jason Jubb played him in but that was about it for chances on goal for the Commercial. Man of the Match Jono Harding was the man who kept the Commercial in the game, pulling off a string of fines saves whilst deputising in goal. His comback from injury seems to get better with each game he plays! A poor performance all round, but it can and will be put right in the final friendly game in two weeks time!
